BODYWEIGHT GYM PROGRAM
AT HOME / BODYWEIGHT PROGRAM
Please note that this gym program does not contain any examples of the exercises in the gym program. No photo animations explaining the exercises. You need some gym understanding and experience to follow this program.
This Program consists of Body Weight Exercises and HIIT Training
You will be able to do this program from the comfort of your house and using some outside area's. Perfect program when you don't have access to a gym.
This program was designed to get you stronger and fitter without using a gym. The program was also designed to let you work as hard and as much as you can.
The program consists of 4 sessions:
- SESSION 1 - 15 UPPER BODY EXERCISES
- SESSION 2 - 12 LOWER BODY EXERCISES
- SESSION 3 - CARDIO / LEGS / UPPERBODY CERCUIT
- SESSION 4 - CARDIO / LEGS /UPPERBODY CERCUIT
Some basic training tips are added in the program but please not that there are no tutorials on the exercises in the program.
