This gym program was specifically designed for women to incorporate with theKeto Weight Loss Meal Plan.
In this program we are going to work in supersets, meaning 2 muscle groups per day. The program consists of 6 sessions covering all muscle groups.
After each session we incorporate a 15min HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio session.
Women carry a lot of weight in their lower body and that is why this program was designed mainly focusing on lower body meaning 3 legs sessions and 3 upper body sessions.
