The Focus of this gym program is to help you build a solid foundation in the gym and then after a couple of months you can advance to a more muscle specific gym program like the Advanced Gym Program.

In this program we are going to work in a circuit, meaning 3 muscle groups per day. Legs, Push and Pull is the focus on this program. The program consists of 6 sessions covering all muscle groups.
